 Alhambra Beach Resort - your premier lodging establishment along Fort Lauderdale Beach. Alhambra resort is neatly tucked away off A1A and is the perfect place to be within steps of Fort Lauderdale Beach without the hustle-bustle. Though it is just half a block away from the beach and restaurants, it would seem like you are far away from the crowd.
Along with a friendly and clean atmosphere, we provide free internet access, beach towels and chairs, continental breakfast, heated pool and parking.
The staff is friendly and the place is squeaky clean. There is an outdoor swimming pool.
Directions
From Fort Lauderdale International Airport:
When you exit the airport use Federal Highway (US1) north
Turn right at Southeast 17th Street, heading to the beach
Stay on the same street which becomes Atlantic Boulvard (A1A)
The northbound lane will stay at the beach side while the southbound lane now disappears behind the beachfront buildings
When you come to the intersection of Las Olas and A1A, continue straight your
first left hand turn comes available.This will be Cortez Street, which has its own
turning lane. Turn left.
Go straight till you come to your first traffic light. Continue straight across.
That intersection to the first stop sign.
Make a right turn onto Birch Road. You will now be heading North on Birch Road
The second street coming up on your right is Alhambra street, make a right
The Alhambra Beach Resort is the fifth building on the left
From I-95 or the Florida Turnpike:
Exit either I-95 or Turnpike onto Sunrise Blvd. East.
Follow Sunrise Blvd. East to the Beaches. Approx. 4-5 miles
When you get to A1A / North Atlantic Blvd, make a right.
LANDMARK: When you pass under the pedestrian walkway (Blue in color)
To the The Westin
Alhambra street will be the 3rd street on your right.
