The gay & lesbian friendly Teneguia Apartments are located in a peaceful location on Avenida de Tirajana, yet only two minutes from the local gay bars and restaurants, a five minute walk to the Yumbo centre and the Cita centre and a fifteen minute walk to the sand dunes of Maspalomas.
Guests can enjoy the swimming pool and children's pool and there is a poolside bar for refreshments and snacks.
The tempting restaurant is ideal for an enjoyable meal and the 24 hour reception is on hand for guests' convenience, offering safety deposit boxes for hire. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed. There is a fitted wardrobe built in too. Further sleeping accommodation is available in the living area in the form of a sofa. The living area will seat you comfortably and provides a television. To the other side of the room is a dining table which is adjacent to the american style kitchen. 
The kitchen is provided with a fridge, two ring electric hob, ample storage and crockery and cutlery for four. Additionally a kettle, toaster, coffee maker and microwave with grill are included to help with your self catering arrangements. As a holiday home rather than a serviced hotel, standard maid service and cleaning is provided once a week, and before arrival, with the apartment fully cleaned, bed linen provided and towels changed.
