Situated centrally on Avenieda Gran Canaria this bungalow apartment complex comes highly recommended. As with all Playa Del Ingles locations you're barely a stones throw away from the Yumbo and if your throwing arms not up to much there are plenty of cabs available for less than a fistful of Euros. The complex features some very well maintained gardens. Probably one of the best things to point out is that the complex overlooks the Restaurant Rimini (or at least one of the two Riminis), a hot spot on the gastronomic map of Playa del Ingles for many gay clients. General Facilities Being close to the Gran Chaparral shopping centre you're well placed for purchasing your ingredients for your favorite paella, English breakfast or Harvey Wallbanger. As well as a spacious pool the Parque Mar boasts a bar, tennis courts, car park, laundry service, luggage room and restaurant. We think this list is quite impressive given the price! On top of that add the convenience of a 24 hour reception. Your private terrace looks out onto a private garden area and has your own furniture, just so for the early evening snifter. Room facilities Each of the 80 apartments is built in a duplex bungalow style. Each 2 bedroomed bungalow comes with central heating, pay per view satellite TV, private bathrooms, safety deposit private terrace and a kitchenette stocked with all the usuals including a fridge to keep your tonic water cold. There are also Studio - Apartments (Living- / Bedroom with integrated kitchen). Comes with Two beds, Wardrobe, Living space with couch and TV, Bathroom with shower and Private terrace. Suitable for 1, 2 or 3 persons	Location: in a convenient area of Playa Del Ingles with both the Kasbah and Yumbo centres within a 5 minute walk. Hotel facilities: The complex offers good on-site facilites with a swimming pool, children's pool and a tennis court. There is a 24 hour reception where guests can hire safety deposit boxes. Room facilities: The studio apartments have a lounge area with two twin beds, an open plan kitchenette, a bathroom and either a terrace or a balcony. The two bedroom apartments have the same facilities and two twin bedrooms.
