Las Rosas gay friendly apartments is situated on a side road behind the shopping center "La Sandia" only 200mts from the beach promenade. From there you can walk along the beach and the dunes to the Maspalomas Gay Beach at Kiosk no. 7! The Yumbo Center, as well as the Cita are in walking distance. The gay friendly apartment complex consists of 28 one and two bedroom apartments (reopened after complete renovation in 2014). Some apartments have views of the Atlantic Ocean.
